These notes are arranged as a study sequence rather than a loose archive. The chapter order runs foundations first, then information, computation, error correction, implementation, and open-ended work — now numbered contiguously, I through VIII. One reading-order note travels with the sequence: the entropy and information block in Chapter II is advanced quantum Shannon theory and sits off the critical path, so it is best read after the algorithms in Chapter III rather than before them. The critical path is therefore I → II (classical information, qubits, operations) → III → IV → V → VI, with the entropy block taken as a side-branch once III is in hand.

Working Emphasis
The sequence is meant to keep mathematics, information, algorithms, and hardware in the same frame. Foundational definitions should stay visible when algorithmic speedup is discussed, and physical realizations should remain tied to the abstract structures they are meant to implement.
